With more than 77 years of experience, CF Evans Construction is a third-generation, family-owned leader in multifamily construction. Since 1948, we have built our reputation on quality, strategic planning, and what truly sets projects apart: people. For the past two decades, we have focused exclusively on multifamily construction, and it shows. Ninety-five percent of our projects over the last ten years are negotiated, with 75 percent coming from repeat clients. We have earned national recognition for both our work and our people, including NAHB Multifamily Builder of the Year and five consecutive rankings on Engineering News-Record’s Top 400 Contractors, most recently ranked #285 in 2024. By revenue, we are the largest general contractor in South Carolina across all product types, with a singular focus on multifamily.
